This list is in random order...
#1- This movie with Cher really is worth watching, especially for it's religious humor (and the soundtrack is fun)
#2- This is a pretty good movie all around- and may be too dark for a chick flick list- but it came to mind
#6- I remember liking this- but my tastes may have changed...perhaps what I should really ponder is a Guilty Pleasures list

You mentioned most of my favorites as well. Cher's Moonstruck is among my top 10 all time favorite movies. It's got it all: fun, mystery, sarcasm, sex, fashion, angst, philosophy. Plus Nicholas Cage--it's a winner.
Crossing Delancey, now there's a chick flick with oomph!
